The Quinta das Valsas located in the Foios county and is very close to the Malcata Nature Reserve. The aim of this farm is to protect centuries-old chestnut trees, plant new, plague-resistant trees. There are many old stone houses that we plan to restore, some of which are over 300 years old. Cows are raised in a free-range environment (happy cows!) to enable an integrated production process and keep the forests and meadows clean.
