The Quinta do Rio Castanho is located in the Aldeia Velha county. This farm has been repurposed to protect and develop an extensive oak tree forest and to cultivate wild mushrooms within it. Cows are raised in a free-range environment (happy cows!) to enable an integrated production process and keep the forests and meadows clean.
